Honesty.
Last summer when the gear shifter thingy in my car stopped working, they figured out exactly what was wrong, and told me that the small part should be covered under my warranty and I should take it to the dealership. I never would have known this had they not explained it to me! I took my car to the dealership and had it fixed at no cost under my warranty. ASI took the time to figure out what was wrong with my car and instead of easily charging me a couple hundred dollars to fix it (which I would have paid because I wouldn't have known any better) they sent me to the dealership. It is because of their integrity that my husband and I will bring our cars back to them, even for inspections, and recommend them to friends. It's nice to have a place to bring your car when something is wrong and not worry that you're about to be screwed!

These guys are the real thing. I just brought my Trailblazer in for an inspection. It was thorough and I was told about thinks I need to "consider" - your brakes are down to 10% on the rear and 14% on the front, you need to get to them before it become a major repair - no pressure. I have brought my Cavalier and my wife Firbird there for A/C work. The AC is blowing cold and the bill didn't make me hot under the collar. I three word honest reliable and timely. And they are a NAPA center so I got warranty where ever I go!
Great Prices & Customer Service
I've been burned in the past by less-than-reputable repair shops, but I have to say that I've been very impressed with both the quality and the service available at Auto Solutions Inc. In the past year I've brought my 2002 Camry to ASI for oil changes, brakes & for a serpentine belt replacement. Each time I brought my car to the shop, the staff has been courteous, they take their time to explain things clearly, and the prices are very reasonable. In addition, there are several custom built miniature golf holes in the lobby, which are great to help pass the time when you are waiting for your car!
Honest and Great at Exploring Options...
I have a 130000 mile SUV that is 10 years old, and as such it needs normal repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment from time to time. I had been quoted an incredibly high rate by an uptown repair shop for replacement parts but when I talked with Bobby at Auto Solutions, he felt like there was a possibility they could clean the part for a much cheaper, and just as effective solution. They made sure I was well informed of my options and helped me in making a very effective decision. Although I live on the south side of Charlotte, I would highly recommend them to anyone and will make the drive to ASI in the future myself. Take your auto to these guys and you will be very happy with the quality, the service and the price.
